Create your own network profiles with NetSetMan
To make your own settings with NetSetMan, proceed as follows (see Figure 1):

If you double-click on a tab, you can set the name for the profile.
Then select which network card in the computer should be configured by the profile.
In addition to the IP address, you can also control the default gateway and DNS and WINS servers for the profile.
Then activate "Advanced" on the right side and make any further settings you want to set.
The settings are saved automatically. The profiles can be switched with a mouse click. NetSetMan integrates itself into the taskbar. All settings can be found in the settings.ini file in the NetSetMan directory.

Mobile Net Switch – The alternative to NetSetMan
With Mobile Net SwitchThere is also an attractive alternative to NetSetMan (see Figure 2). This tool also offers the possibility of switching between different network profiles with just a few clicks. Mobile Net Switch offers the possibility of creating different profiles. The tool also offers a much greater scope than NetSetMan.

The manufacturer also offers the free additional tool Mobile Net Switch Quick Launcher (QMNS)which allows individual profiles to be switched quickly and easily (see Figure 3). This makes it possible for professionals to set up the profiles and provides users with a simple interface for profile selection. To use the add-on, it must be started and set up once. It is also possible to assign the switching of profiles to the function keys of the computers (see Figure 4).
